PROGRAM 2. RWP PROVIDES MERCHANDISE AND / OR CERTIFICATES TO CLUBS:
Raven Wing Performance provides promotional merchandise and/or redeemable discount certificates to participating Miata Clubs that they may use to promote their clubs as they wish.
Typically, these items are offered by clubs as fund raising incentives such as raffle prizes, and for "goody bag" items for events such as car shows.
Here are some important facts and guidelines that will help to define this program:
Each request for donation must be considered on an individual basis
Donations are only made to clubs that are actively participating in the Raven Wing Performance 3% Financial / Monetary Club Support Program
Remember that RWP is a business that needs to support itself. If your club works with us, we are happy to reciprocate.
Start by identifying you and your club:
First, please tell us about "you":
What is your name?
What is your relationship to your club? President, Vice-President, Web Master, etc.
Provide your contact information, like phone number, email, street address, etc.
Now tell us about your Miata Club:
What is the name of your Club?
What city and state is it in?
What is your club's web address?
What is your club's mailing address?
To what club address should any support items be sent?
How many active members does your club have?
Does your club have a group email system, and if so how many subscribers does it have?
Is your club a Non-Profit Corporation, and if so what kind?
Now tell us about your event:
What kind of event is it?
What is the date of the event? (Month/Date/Year)
Will the event benefit your club's treasury?
Will the event benefit charity, and if so what charity / charities?
How many member participants do you expect?
If your event is a car show, how many entrants do you expect?
Will your event have spectators, and if so about how many?
Will your event have media coverage, and if so which media entities?(We might want to contact them for advertising simultaneous to the published story.)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
WHAT INFORMATION DOES RWP NEED TO EVALUATE A REQUEST?
The program is simple:

But before you fire off an email, please read the next paragraphs to be sure to provide sufficient information for us to be able to evaluate your request. You'd be surprised how often Club Officers forget to tell us, for instance, the name of their club or where to send any support items!

Finally, please remember that we receive many requests from clubs for support merchandise and certificates. And please remember that it was Raven Wing Performance that took the initiative, on its own, to create support programs to assist Miata Clubs like yours.
