SHIPPING POLICY - INFORMATION - RAVEN WING PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES:
Raven Wing Performance will process your orders in the fastest most efficient manner available to us. We will even ship from remote locations, such as directly from a supplier, if it is fast and practical to do so.
Many orders ship on the same day as your order is received, the balance of orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. If by some unfortunate circumstance an item you purchase is on backorder, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Raven Wing Performance inventories the vast majority of the items we offer. Inventory is maintained and processed for distribution in warehouse(s) within a few miles of our processing center in California, and in warehouses in the Midwest and the East Coast. With this distribution system, products travel the shortest distance from the Manufacturers to us and ultimately to you the consumer. That benefit is passed on to you in the form of lower prices that would not be possible through the single location distribution system that is used by other merchants.
In order to ship your order as quickly as possible, some orders may be sent in multiple shipments. Split orders may even ship simultaneously from multiple locations within the Raven Wing Performance distribution system. This is done to expedite shipping and facilitate more competitive pricing.
Rest assured that there is never any additional cost for this convenience to you.
Some heavy or large items, such as body panels and roll bars, etc. may take longer to ship. Some heavy or large items may have additional shipping charges. These charges will be added within the shopping cart so that you get to see the actual price. That way no shipping charges are ever hidden from you, and you will know your total before submitting your credit card information**.

SHIPPING METHOD:
Orders ship via FED EX Ground, U.S.P.S, UPS, or Truck Freight. Raven Wing Performance reserves the exclusive right to determine which shipping method will apply.
**Customers may request quotes for other shipping methods, such as 1-day, 2-day delivery, at the time of purchase. Shipping methods other than specified above, are subject to additional shipping charges.
DELIVERY:
If your order ships via USPS, the post office will attempt to deliver one (1) time only. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will hold your order at their routed delivery hub for fourteen (14) days, after which they will return your order to Raven Wing Performance. Orders that are not picked up by the customer in the allotted time and are returned to Raven Wing Performance will be treated according to our Return Policy - Customer Changes Their Mind (see below). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
If your order ships via FedEx or UPS, they will attempt to deliver three (3) times only. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will hold your order at their routed delivery hub for ten (10) days, after which they will return your order to Raven Wing Performance. Orders that are not picked up by the customer in the allotted time and are returned to Raven Wing Performance will be treated according to our Return Policy - Customer Changes Their Mind (see below). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
If your order ships via Truck Freight, the carrier will attempt to deliver one (1) time only. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will hold your order at their routed delivery hub for seven (7) days, after which they will return your order to Raven Wing Performance. Orders that are not picked up by the customer in the allotted time and are returned to Raven Wing Performance will be treated according to our Return Policy - Customer Changes Their Mind (see below). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Depending on the declared dollar value of an order, some orders may require a signature at delivery. Various shippers have different thresholds for signature requirements, but in general any order over with a declared dollar value of $500. or more will require a signature as proof of delivery. Some orders may require a signature at delivery for a lower declared dollar amount. Raven Wing Performance has no control over the internal policies of subcontract shippers and cannot request that any signature requirements be waived.
WARRANTIES:
Any warranties of the manufacturers of products sold at this web-site are extended to the consumer.
Warranty claim(s) for items with manufacturer's warranties must be addressed directly by the customer with the manufacturer. Unless otherwise stated at this web-site, all other items are warranted for thirty-days (30-days) from the date of the customer's receipt of the item(s). The decision to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price for item(s) under warranty is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Raven Wing Performance.
RETURN POLICY -- DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Raven Wing Performance will refund 100% of the purchase price for any merchandise found to be defective upon immediate receipt by the customer. All returned merchandise must be returned in its as-delivered condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, manuals, and accessories. Parts that have been used and / or installed cannot be returned. Simply contact Raven Wing Performance for return authorization documentation. Raven Wing Performance will not accept returns without prior return authorization documentation. Return authorization must be requested within 7-days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received by Raven Wing Performance within 30-days of the original ship date to the customer. Merchandise received after this period will not be accepted by Raven Wing Performance. Items returned due to defect are subject to repair or replacement only.
RETURN POLICY -- CUSTOMER CHANGES THEIR MIND:
For returns that are the result of the customer changing their mind about a purchase, Raven Wing Performance will refund the purchase price less 25% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be returned in new original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, manuals, and accessories. Parts that have been used and / or installed cannot be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Special orders and custom orders are not returnable. Contact Raven Wing Performance for return authorization documentation. Raven Wing Performance will not accept returns without prior return authorization documentation. Return authorization must be requested within 7-days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received by Raven Wing Performance within 30-days of the original ship date to the customer. Merchandise received after this period will not be accepted by Raven Wing Performance. Raven Wing Performance is not responsible for customer's errors and/or omissions in placing orders.
RETURN POLICY -- SPECIAL ORDERS:
Any purchase of product(s) not found at our store web-site, www.ravenwingperformance.net, at the time of purchase, is a Special Order purchase. Special Orders are not returnable except as defined by our return policy for defective product noted above. Special Orders returned due to product defect must be returned in compliance with our return policy for defective product. Special Orders returned due to defect are subject to repair or replacement only. Raven Wing Performance is not responsible for customer's errors and/or omissions in placing Special Orders.
