REQUESTING A QUOTE WITH SHIPPING COSTS:
All International orders are subject to quote before an order can be placed.

You will receive a written quote with shipping costs at the email address where you generated your request.
You may decline the quote at no obligation to you. If you accept the quote, your order will be processed and packaged with the care necessary to withstand the journey to you.

cannot be accessed outside of the United States of America.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Raven Wing Performance will accept payment by credit card for International orders from Canada only.
Orders from all other countries must be paid by Bank-to-Bank electronic wire transfer. For orders with payment by electronic wire transfer, Raven Wing Performance will provide wire transfer account information after the customer has accepted our quote, in writing, by replying via email or letter.
Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their bank for electronic wire transfers.
Shipment of International orders will occur after the customer's payment has been received, in full, by our bank. No partial payments will be accepted. Payment must be full and complete for the order at hand.
RETURNS AS A RESULT OF CUSTOMER REFUSING TO ACCEPT THEIR ORDER:
If / when an International order has been shipped and the customer refuses to accept their order for any reason other than defect or error by Raven Wing Performance, the cost of return shipping to Raven Wing Performance will be charged to the customer. All International orders returned for any reason other than defect or error by Raven Wing Performance are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
FEES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS:
Any and all fees, duties, taxes, and Customs processing costs in the country where International order(s) are to be received by the customer, or the customer's assignee, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Raven Wing Performance will not pay, finance, or arrange for payment of fees, duties, taxes, or Customs processing costs levied by the customer's country or any other country. If / when an International order has been shipped and the customer refuses to pay all fees, duties, taxes, and Customs processing costs, the order will be returned to Raven Wing Performance at the expense of the customer.
MONETARY EXCHANGE:
Raven Wing Performance is not responsible for the affects of fluctuations in International Monetary Exchange Rates over time. Raven Wing Performance is not responsible for fees charged by services performing monetary exchanges. In the event that an order is canceled, Raven Wing Performance will issue a refund in United States Currency (U.S. Dollars) in the same amount as was designated at the time of purchase.
CONDITIONS:
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the application(s) and fitment(s) of all items in their order(s).
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the legal compliance of all items in their order(s), for highway use according the the Laws of the Land within the respective countries where items will be used.
RESTRICTIONS:
Raven Wing Performance will not accept orders or ship products to countries that are restricted for commerce by the United States of America. Any order placed from a restricted country, and / or requesting shipping to a restricted country, will be denied by Raven Wing Performance.
