Don't be discouraged if your Rain Rail has broken.
Just think about the possibilities - when it rains you could always turn your Miata into a --- Hot Tub!!! ;-)
Your Miata's rain rail is a plastic "rain gutter" that pop-rivets to the convertible top. It is located at the base of the top below the window, and it wraps around the gunnels of the cockpit where the top attaches to the body of the car
(but you can't see it until you remove the top). Its purpose is to funnel water that runs down between the top and the body of the car into drainage holes where it can safely run onto the ground.
But when your rain rail is broken, water runs into the car!!!
WHY IS A RAIN RAIL SO IMPORTANT?
If the rain rail is cracked or broken, water can pour into your Miata - flooding the interior - damaging your carpets and interior insulation - soaking everything in the trunk - even damaging your Miata's on-board computer (ECU) depending on which model year you have!
Remember, all of our tops come with a rain rail pre-attached.
But if you just need a Rain Rail. we've got you covered!
